Which Team is Right for YOU?
Consists of levels 1-4. These are developmental levels.
For girls 5 years old and up. They will train 2 days for a total of 6 hours a week. You may choose to compete in the “Fun Meets” or not. There will be 3 “Fun Meets” a season. If you do choose to do a fun meet you must purchase competitive apparel and pay meet fees. The fee for this class will be paid in monthly payments.
Consists of levels 4-9. Train a minimum of 6 hours a week. They must compete in Meets, purchase competitive apparel, pay meet fees and booster club involvement.
Level 4 and Pre-5
Will train 3 days a week for a total of 9 hours a week. Gymnasts will also be required to have USAG memberships if they wish to compete in sanctioned meets.
Consists of compulsory level routines. The gymnast must be 7 years old in order to participate. Competitive opportunities are provided up to and including USAG State Championships. Meets will be offered once a month starting in October throughout the state of Michigan and nearby states. Gymnasts will also be required to have USAG membership, Booster club involvement, purchase competitive apparel, and pay meet fees. Level 6-9 will train 4-5 days for a total of 14-18 hours a week.
•Anyone who desires the challenge of optional routines and competition. For those gymnast who want a limited time commitment . Gymnasts will be required to have USAG membership, booster club involvement, purchase competitive apparel , and pay meet fees. Xcel will train 2 days a week for a total of 6 hours a week.
